ABOUT
Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the ideals of decency, honor, accountability, transparency, and justice in governing. We are faithful, non-partisan, peaceful, and proactive. Guided by our discipleship to Jesus Christ and His teachings, we are both watchdogs and activists. Our goal is to oppose unlawful and/or unethical proceedings and to promote positive change. Our members honor the rule of law and are committed to civility and respectful discourse and conduct.
We invite conference participants to empower themselves by learning additional strategies for promoting legal and ethical governance. On both local and national levels, MWEG encourages women to develop skills to further promote peacemaking in our society.
*Note: Mormon Women for Ethical Government is a private organization and is not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We do, however, fully sustain, honor, and support the Church’s doctrines and leaders.
